Dr Matthew El-Azzi began his journey at the University of Sydney, where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He was awarded the Deans Prize and the GC Australasian Prize for his research on heart regeneration using stem cells derived from the human tongue. Coming from a background in pharmacy and the medical sciences, Dr El-Azzi has dedicated himself to providing holistic dental care for all his patients. Committed to staying at the forefront of education, he has committed himself to multiple advanced courses in dentistry, including the prestigious Master Implant program from the Brener Implant Institute.

Subsequently, Dr El-Azzi obtained a Masters (MSc) in Oral Surgery and Implantology, from Marconi University, offering his patients the cutting edge in implant and periodontal dentistry. He is also a Zest dental key opinion leader and educator.

Dr El-Azzi has further advanced training in fine cosmetic dentistry and is a Digital Smile Design (DSD) master clinician. He has particular interests in complex smile transformations that involve a combination of treatments, such as gum corrections, orthodontics and porcelain veneers. He is passionate about transforming smiles with high aesthetic demands. His clientele come from all around Australia seeking his unique offering to porcelain veneers, which are ultra natural looking.
Dr El-Azzi offers treatments from Full mouth dental Implants, Sinus Lifts, Complex bone grafting procedures, Gum lifts, Ridge splitting, Gum grafting, Invisalign and Orthodontics, fine porcelain veneers, composite veneers, facial injectables as well as General dentistry. His treatment philosophy is based on achieving lasting results.

Dr El-Azzi is passionate about dental volunteering and is an active visitor of the Philippines and Vanuatu, where he assists in removing hundreds of teeth in underpriveledged communities.

Nancy completed her Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy at Charles Sturt University in 2019, graduating with the Dean’s Award for the highest GPA in her cohort. She was also honoured with the Dr Neil Pinto Orthodontic Prize and holds a Diploma in Dental Technology.
With more than six years of experience in orthodontics, Nancy is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She enjoys the planning and mechanics behind orthodontic treatment, and finds it especially rewarding to see the positive impact a smile transformation can have on a person’s self-esteem and overall wellbeing.
Outside of dentistry, Nancy lives a busy and active lifestyle. She loves travelling, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud mum to her two-year-old daughter, and also dedicates time to caring for and rescuing animals.

With a solid background in dentistry, Paula combines precision, passion, and a caring touch in her role at Iconic Smiles. With over 5 years of experience in cosmetic dentistry she brings valuable international experience and a strong commitment to creating high-quality dental work that enhances each patient’s confidence and smile.
